Vesta-014 – Open the original manual at Vesta

Battery/power: 1 × CR2032, 3 V lithium

Before you start: check the full model name. Agreement test/service with the alarm provider before opening. Keep fastening and placement. On real smoke or fire: manage the danger first.

The Panik button is held for three seconds. Panic alarm cannot be stopped with the remote control button. The opening mechanism is not detailed in the source.

1. Take down or open

  1. Remove the battery cover. The manual shows the compartment but does not specify a clip or screw direction. Do not force a stuck cover.

2. Bytt batteri / lad

  1. Remove the battery. Press any button twice while the battery is out.
  2. Insert a CR2032 with its unmarked negative side down and positive side up.

3. Put together and in place

  1. Refit the battery cover and check that it is secure.

4. Test and confirm normal operation

  1. Test the agreed arming and disarming actions and check the panel or app status. Do not test the panic button without a specific test arrangement.

Attach and Mount

  1. The remote is handheld and has no fixed sensor bracket.
