Battery/power: 1 × CR2032, 3 V lithium; opening of capsling is not documented

Before you start: check the full model name. Agreement test/service with the alarm provider before opening. Keep fastening and placement. On real smoke or fire: manage the danger first.

The battery type alone does not document that the customer can open the waterproof cap.

1. Take down or open

  1. This source does not explain how to open the waterproof transmitter. Do not pry open or cut the enclosure.

2. Bytt batteri / lad

  1. For a battery warning: give support the WTRZ variant and confirm whether the unit should be replaced or have its battery professionally replaced.

3. Put together and in place

  1. Check that the transmitter sits in the wristband holder. Thread the band through the holder; for pendant use, thread the cord through the attachment and secure it with the end pieces.

4. Test and confirm normal operation

  1. Arrange a test and hold the button for more than one second. Confirm that the receiver identifies the correct person or device.

Attach and Mount

  1. Wear the device on a wristband or as a pendant; do not screw it to a wall.

Help when the product does not work

Wireless sensor: Read battery and connection state in the system. For low battery, use the model battery guide and check the battery type and whether it is replaceable. Note new metal objects or other changes near the sensor.

Choose the symptom and check the model scope before following the steps. This is troubleshooting, not a list of confirmed product defects.

General advice — model-specific fault procedure missing.

Control or alarm button: no confirmed response

Applies to: General advice for the sensor type — not a verified procedure for this model. Use the model manual for opening, battery type, testing and settings.

  1. Check that you are using the correct device for the system. Record lights, beeps and messages without repeatedly triggering alarms.
  2. If you need help now, use the agreed alternative contact method. A flash alone does not confirm that the monitoring service received an emergency signal.
  3. Arrange a test with the receiver and follow the model instructions for button presses or code entry. Obtain receiver confirmation.

Check the result: The correct command or test alarm is confirmed by the system/receiver.

Stop and get help: Do not test hold-up alarms without notice or share PINs. Contact support if confirmation is missing.
