Battery / Power: No customer exchange procedure for battery documented
Before you start: check the full model name. Agreement test/service with the alarm provider before opening. Keep fastening and placement. On real smoke or fire: manage the danger first.
Restarting or extraction can stop cameras/alarm communication. Contract operating interruption and retrieve full model manual before demounting.
1. Take down or open
- Do not open the equipment. Keep power and network cables in their labelled ports.
4. Test and confirm normal operation
- Check whether connected devices are accessible. Note which have lost connection.
- Have the power supply and network configuration checked if faults persist. Do not factory-reset as the first action.
Attach and Mount
- Check for visible damage, loose connections and clear ventilation where relevant. Note which ports are used before any agreed relocation.
