The system or a sensor is offline

Follow these steps

1. Check whether the message concerns the entire panel, one sensor or only the app. Note the device name and last update time.
2. If the entire system is unavailable, check for a power outage and whether other devices have internet access. Inspect visible status lights without opening the panel.
3. If only one sensor is missing, check for a low-battery or tamper warning. Use that model's instructions. BUS/V-MAX BUS devices are wired; do not apply a wireless sensor's battery procedure.
4. Read the status again after the known power or network fault is resolved. An old app status does not confirm the current condition.

If the fault persists, ask the installer to check communication and alarm reporting. Do not factory-reset, delete the sensor or open electrical connections.
