Steps
- Check the system's alarm state in Security.
- Open Status to check devices and their details or history.
- Note which product reports a fault, such as a battery, connection or tamper warning.
- Use the product code in the library to find the correct maintenance guide.
You should see this: You can identify the device that needs attention instead of reporting only that the alarm does not work.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
