Disarm the alarm

Disarming the intrusion alarm does not necessarily disable fire alarms or other continuously active functions.
iPhone: design can vary with iOS and SmartHomeSec version. The steps below describe documented features.
Steps
- Open Security and check that the correct system and area are selected.
- Select Disarm. Use the option's text; the icon design may vary.
- Enter your personal alarm code if the app asks for a PIN.
- Wait until status confirms that the area is disarmed. If there is no response, check the connection and contact the installer.
You should see this: The selected area shows Disarmed. Other areas may still be armed.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
