CustomeriPhoneDocumented function · not tested on demo facilities

Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.

Steps

  1. Open iPhone Settings, choose Notifications and find SmartHomeSec.
  2. Enable Allow Notifications. Choose where alerts appear and enable sound if wanted.
  3. Check that Focus or a scheduled notification summary is not delaying alerts.
  4. Return to SmartHomeSec. Arrange a test event with the installer and check both the notification and the correct system.

You should see this: The phone shows the agreed test event. If not, the account owner must also check the system's notification permissions.
