Allow notifications on iPhone
← More tasks for the same user
Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.
Steps
- Open iPhone Settings, choose Notifications and find SmartHomeSec.
- Enable Allow Notifications. Choose where alerts appear and enable sound if wanted.
- Check that Focus or a scheduled notification summary is not delaying alerts.
- Return to SmartHomeSec. Arrange a test event with the installer and check both the notification and the correct system.
You should see this: The phone shows the agreed test event. If not, the account owner must also check the system's notification permissions.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
