Create an order draft
For employees: collect item names, product codes and quantities before ordering. This is a draft; it sends no order and reserves no stock.
1. Choose the supplier
2. Legg inn varer
One item per line: product code · model · quantity. Copy from the catalogue. Supplier product codes and purchase prices may still be missing for Ajax and Visonic.
Do not enter customer data or delivery addresses. The draft is not stored on a server and clears when the page reloads.
3. Check and copy
Check the supplier code, variant, current price, stock and delivery before the responsible employee orders through the supplier's channel. Prepare one draft per supplier.
Suppliers and product lists
Approval, order status, receipt and order history are not connected to this draft tool.
