Ajax KeyPad: find the manual for the correct keypad

Follow these steps
Open the correct system in the Ajax app and find the keypad in the device list. Check the model name before using a code or battery guide.

After service, confirm the result with the user and notify the system manager/monitoring station as agreed. One working function does not mean the whole case is resolved.
