Follow these steps
Check the phone’s internet connection. Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data without changing recorder settings.

On the recorder/web interface, check that P2P is enabled and Online. Compare the serial number with the device registered in DMSS.

If P2P is Online but login is rejected, verify the device username/password with the owner. The DMSS account password is different.

What you should be able to confirm
DMSS shows current video over the intended remote connection.
After service, confirm the result with the user and notify the system manager/monitoring station as agreed. One working function does not mean the whole case is resolved.
