The event log shows system events. A guard's response report may be in a separate service provided by the alarm company.

Steps
- Open Events.
- Choose the relevant date or alarm filter.
- Open the event and check the time and device name.
- Open the associated image or video if available for the event.
- Give support the system, device and time if the attachment is missing or playback fails.
You should see this: You can find the event and the media that was actually stored.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
