Use home mode while you are at home

Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.
Home mode must be configured for your system; do not assume all indoor sensors are excluded.
iPhone: design can vary with iOS and SmartHomeSec version. The steps below describe documented features.
Steps
- Check with the installer which sensors and areas are included in home mode.
- Open Security and select the correct area.
- Select Home and enter your PIN if requested.
- Wait for confirmed home status. Follow the agreed movement and entry procedures for the property.
You should see this: The area is in home mode with the sensor selection configured by the installer.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
