Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.
The app password is different from the alarm PIN. Do not register the panel again simply to access an existing system.
iPhone: design can vary with iOS and SmartHomeSec version. The steps below describe documented features.
Steps
- Open SmartHomeSec in the App Store or Google Play using the links below.
- Select User on the sign-in page. Installer is a different role.
- Enter the username and password you received or created as agreed with the installer.
- Select the correct system if the account lists several. Check its address or system name.
You should see this: You can see your system and access the areas assigned by the installer.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
