- Read the system and area names before changing the alarm state.
- Look for the status words for disarmed, armed or home. Vesta's 2026 information describes padlocks replacing shields.
- Use the arming/disarming guide. If the menu differs, give support the phone model and app version.

If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
