Steps
- Find the model name in the device list or your supplied documentation.
- A PIRCAM provides still images on events or supported requests. Wait for a new image and check its timestamp.
- A video camera may provide live video. Recordings require configured storage and recording.
- If a feature is missing, tell the installer the model and requested function. Ask them to check Camera and Media Request permissions.
You should see this: You know whether you are viewing an event image, live video or a recording.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
