Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.

Disarming the intrusion alarm does not necessarily disable fire alarms or other continuously active functions.

iPhone: design can vary with iOS and SmartHomeSec version. The steps below describe documented features.

Steps

  1. Open Security and check that the correct system and area are selected.
  2. Select Disarm. Use the option's text; the icon design may vary.
  3. Enter your personal alarm code if the app asks for a PIN.
  4. Wait until status confirms that the area is disarmed. If there is no response, check the connection and contact the installer.

You should see this: The selected area shows Disarmed. Other areas may still be armed.
