  1. Check the system's alarm state in Security.
  2. Open Status to check devices and their details or history.
  3. Note which product reports a fault, such as a battery, connection or tamper warning.
  4. Use the product code in the library to find the correct maintenance guide.

You should see this: You can identify the device that needs attention instead of reporting only that the alarm does not work.
