This describes the functional flow, not a verified button-by-button guide to the current web version.
Steps
- Find the system's security or status view.
- Check the selected area and whether it is armed, in home mode or disarmed.
- Choose the requested alarm mode using your authorised user access. Enter a user code if requested.
- Wait for the system to confirm its new state. If the feature is missing on the web, use the illustrated app guide.
You should see this: The correct area has confirmed the requested alarm state.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
