The alarm provider's response reports are not necessarily part of SmartHomeSec. Ask the provider for the correct report access.
Steps
- Open the system's event list where your account has access.
- Select the date, time range or available alarm filter.
- Open the relevant event and check its device, time and any media attachments.
- For missing video, note the event and contact support; a recording icon alone does not confirm playable video.
You should see this: You have identified the event requiring follow-up.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
