Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.
Older manuals show smarthomesec.bydemes.com. Use the newer Vesta address above. Do not use the customer account in the backend portal.
Steps
- Open https://portal.vestasecurity.eu/Vesta/n/ using this page's link.
- Sign in with the SmartHomeSec customer account. Vesta's Wizard states that the same customer account can be used in the app and on the web.
- Select the correct panel or system from the account. Older documentation calls the list My panels.
- Check the system name and available areas before taking action.
You should see this: You are in the correct system with customer access.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
