Personal alarm — troubleshooting
No contact with the receiver
- Use the agreed alternative for assistance during an incident.
- Check charge and mobile coverage. Give support the time and device ID.
- Arrange a new test with the receiver. An indicator alone does not confirm anyone received the alarm.
Location is wrong or old
- State address, floor and room verbally if possible.
- Ask the receiver to check the location timestamp. Test outdoors in a safe place.
- Agree precise location information before work where GPS/Wi-Fi positioning is inadequate.
Not charging or short runtime
- Use the charger supplied for the model and check its power supply.
- Check correct seating in the cradle; see the R35 video.
- Do not open or replace the built-in battery without the manufacturer service procedure. Remove a persistently faulty device from use and obtain a replacement.
Missing or unwanted fall alarms
- Check model, firmware, activation and supported wearing style with the supplier.
- R35-C has conflicting information about wrist fall detection. Do not rely on unconfirmed support.
- Do not stage falls. Agree safe testing and report the event.
No documented reset procedure was found. Do not factory-reset as an initial troubleshooting step.
