How the response should work

  1. The user activates the alarm.
  2. The configured receiver gets the event and available location.
  3. The receiver assesses the situation and follows the agreed response.
  4. The responsible person confirms assistance and closes the event.

The device is one part of the solution. Agree who receives alarms, what happens without an answer and how help finds the user. Test mobile coverage, configuration and the receiving service in the actual area of use.
