Before you start: Have the correct distributor's registration QR code available.
This concerns account registration, not sensor enrolment or access to an existing customer system.

Steps
- Obtain the registration QR code from the correct distributor or sub-distributor.
- Scan it during installer registration in the app.
- Check that the account is linked to the correct organisation before registering a system.

If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
