Before you start: Have assigned installer access, the correct panel model and the installation plan. Agree changes and test events with the responsible person.
Backend administrator, installer and customer are separate roles. Do not share one installer account among employees.
iPhone: design can vary with iOS and SmartHomeSec version. The steps below describe documented features.
Steps
- Open SmartHomeSec and select Installer.
- Sign in with your personal assigned installer account.
- Check that the system you need is available. The appropriate administrator must assign a missing system.
- Use the customer's user role for demonstrations; installer views may contain different features.
You should see this: You have the correct role before starting work.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
