Before you start: Have assigned installer access, the correct panel model and the installation plan. Agree changes and test events with the responsible person.
Steps
- For ordinary customer or installer work, open portal.vestasecurity.eu/Vesta/n/.
- For assigned backend administration, use portal.vestasecurity.eu/homeportal_backend/.
- Sign in with the correct role and check system membership.
- If a system is missing, resolve permissions with the administrator instead of creating a new customer registration.
You should see this: You are working in the correct portal with the correct access.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
