I can't find the menu that the manual shows

Before you start: Have access to the correct system and area. Use your personal account.
Do not register the system again to make a missing menu appear.
Steps
- Check that you are using the newer Vesta portal linked on this page.
- Check that you are in the correct system with a customer account. Installer and customer menus can differ.
- Compare with the task's source status. If labelled Older menu reference, the current location has not been verified.
- Note the task, browser and menu you actually see. Use the corresponding app function if available, or contact the installer.
You should see this: Support receives a specific menu difference to investigate.
If it does not work
- If a menu or feature is missing, check your role, area and the task's source status.
- If the expected result does not appear, note the error, device and time. Contact the installer or responsible administrator.
